Valdes the Vampire

I’m happy to introduce you to Valdes, though she’s not too pleased to meet you. Look out for those fangs!!

This character bust was a class project for year 2 of Video Game Art & Animation, and me and my classmates all included facial bones and weight paints to our models so they would be able to express themselves freely! I also wanted to challange myself with designing an older character, as most vampires in modern media all look very young and have perfect skin and such. I wanted Valdes to have signs of aging like wrinkles, while also putting my own spin on what a vampire would look like, with her skin cracking like cement and with her spine almost protruding out of her back.
